Mark is awesome! He helped me with my divorce. Both Mark and Brenda were great at getting back to me via email and phone. They informed me of how the whole process was going to work. I highly recommend Mark!
I recently asked him to help me with a family court matter. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone! He doesn't remember anything about the case so most of the time that you are being charged for is wasted on reminding him what's going on. I went to court with him and he did all the talking, he agreed with things that we had never once talked about before (without asking me how I felt about them first). He is horrible at returning my emails or phone calls.
Very disappointed in Mark. We used him in a Family Court matter and he is not a sharp guy, let alone an attorney of law. His communication is horrible. He does not respond to emails, returns phone calls infrequently and just doesn't listen to his clients. He went down the path of least resistance in our case and he ended up making decisions for us (without our approval) when writing up the final orders. I would NOT recommend Mark Finlayson. Spend a little bit more money and find a lawyer who cares about his/her clients!
Anyone who uses this guy deserves to lose their case.
