Had the unfortunate pleasure of being sued by this firm. A horribly frivolous case that they prosecuted. Got my family for $ at the end of the day as they use the threat of law, fees, and time like a weapon. This lawyer is exactly what is wrong with our legal system Shane on her.

Probably the most unresponsive attorney that I ever encountered. I met with Maria with my long time attorney of 40 years. Rubio accepted our case but never returned multiple emails or calls as to the status of the case. In my 50 years of corporate life and as a CEO of a major Miami Corporation I have never met such an irresponsible and noncommittal attorney. I would highly recommend never using Rubio for any legal work or litigation.
