We hired Lorelei 11 months ago and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. She made numerous promises early on—such as filing motions, conducting depositions, and reviewing discovery with us—but none of these commitments were fulfilled. Communication has been a major issue, as she often goes silent for days or even weeks, leaving both her client & his family without updates. I engaged her services over a year ago for a straightforward child support modification. From the outset, it became apparent that she often promised to take specific actions but failed to follow through. We found ourselves repeatedly inquiring about the progress of our case, and upon checking the system, we discovered that nothing had been filed as she claimed. Currently, she is unresponsive to both emails and phone calls. It has become clear that we have unfortunately lost our investment.
