I hired Leo back in 2020 to help me with my divorce. My divorce was not finalized until 2022. Divorce is already an unpleasant experience and having to work Leo made the situation worse for me. I do not recommend Leo Foust. Shop around for a good divorce attorney; it's what I should've done.

Leo is a very compassionate, intelligent, problem-solving attorney. I was in a difficult situation and had different representation at the time, Leo was able to step in and handled everything. I was trapped in what seemed like a never-ending cycle of legal battles until I met Leo. He was able to not only win my case, but stop further legal harassment. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for his ability as an attorney, as a strategist, and as a kind person.
I recommend Leo over any other divorce attorney in the greater Austin area. My Dad went through a difficult divorce and Leo was there for him every step of the way, both as an attorney and a friend. He is the most competent, trustworthy and straight shooting attorney I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Leo has been an excellent lawyer for me during a very difficult divorce proceeding and ensuing aftermath. He is fair, his prices are reasonable, and he doesn't sugar coat the situation.
