Please never trust Ms Biloski. She assured us all would be fine, then didnt show for our first hearing, because she was at the beach on vacation. She also waited until the week before the final hearing to tell us to plea out, she couldnt do anything more, after telling us everything was going great the whole time. She almost ruined our family but God used evil for good.
Good luck getting these two to do anything. Paid their retainer months ago. Absolutely nothing has been done. They don't reach out, and they don't follow through. They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you to go with them then absolutely ghost you. Dead radio silence for months. Believe the other reviews. Two crooks. Their reputation they are so proud of must be from family and friends.
I retained this firm and while my divorce proceedings took longer than expected due to a non copper spouse. I was walked thru each step with support. The staff was responsive, my attorney Lauren was a godsend, the payment process was easy if one cannot pay all upfront, one can pay installments. Overall not the best time in my life but the outcome was perfect for my needs. One happily divorced lady!
Lauren picked up my case after another attorney had dropped the ball, and she helped me navigate a very unpleasant situation. Once she took over my case, my stress levels dropped dramatically. She and her staff were very supportive, professional and understanding! Also, the portal made sharing evidence and documents so easy.
