Unfortunately we didn’t have the same positive experience as others (I would have given no star to this if I could tbh). We till date are trying to reach her to get our approved notices sent to her office. The full team has been ignoring us and we have no idea what options we have now. I even tried calling her husband David as he was partially involved on our case but no luck. We have left multiple texts, voicemails and email.
