So glad Kris found his niche in PI. This was my experience when he was doing Trusts. You know...you pay someone a flat fee to do your trust. Then essentially you're done. You believe in good faith because he's a "lawyer," it was done right. Well, years later I need to change a beneficiary. He no longer does trusts. Not only that, anyone looking at what he did, informs me he filed the deed wrong twice, dates and names are wrong and the prior trust wasn't revoked.
