This lawyer is absolutely terrible. If you can afford to pay for legal help, she might assist you, but if you're assigned to her as a public defender, she'll likely abandon you. Other attorneys I've spoken with confirm this. If you're in need and can't afford private counsel, you're out of luck with her. Avoid this lawyer at all costs. Horrible person
Kathy was able to get a traffic ticket I received in Palmer, TX dismissed for me. I have a CDL which makes this type of dismissal almost impossible, but Kathy got it done! I'm so grateful for her assistance with this! I'm a criminal defense investigator in Houston, so I asked for recommendations from attorneys in the Palmer area and she came recommended by two different attorneys.
