After trust bank statements were subpoenad but didn't contain the Trust instrument submitted to open the account, she tried to convince me they were irrelevan. Then claimed the bank may not have had the policy requiring at the back in 2011 or they were lost when the bank was acquired, and refused my request to check with the bank, while claiming "testimony is the best evidence".
