Edit: after leaving the one star review Ms Dean contacted to me to apologize. We spoke over the phone for quite some time. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and so I have changed my review from 1 star to four. Called three times and left messages twice. No response whatsoever; not even a call to say “I’m too busy to be bothered with you.” Very disappointing given the other reviews of such high praise.
This woman is thoroughly aggressive in her business in the best way and she is so passionate about her work.
