My dad and I came in on 12/4/2023 and of in full for a POA, we were told it would be ready by Christmas for us to sign. We are still waiting for it to be completed. I did get a hold of someone in the office just over a week ago amd was told the POA would be ready for us to sign last week. Well that didn't happen and we are unable to get any one on the phone, have left voice mails and text messages. Next step is to call the state insurance legal office. I say a man is as good as his word....
No call back. Heard he's really good with probate.
