I cannot say for certain if this person is a component attorney or not. After one email, one "contact form" submission and TWO phone messages. He never bothered to respond in any way. I followed up with a message stating NOT to bother to respond, as he had far too many negative reviews for me to gamble on his ability. STILL no response. Avoid anyone like this and this guy in particular. The other negative reviews tell you the whole story!
I had the displeasure of this waste of space representing me and I should have requested another court appointed attorney! This man is paid very well and does the worst job I have ever seen. There's no response! Nothing! He won't tell you anything about your case! And then gets mad when you finally contact him!!! "I'm up at 5am every single day(doing what, I have know idea! Ohhhhhh...... This guy. Where do I begin with this guy? This man(if you can call him that) won't return any of your calls until maybe 20 minutes before you're due in court, giving you approximately 5 minutes to decide. Also, on top of that, he'll keep you in the dark! He won't tell you a single thing about the case! I didn't find out about crusial part's about my case until I had already plead. Absolutely does not communicate with his clients or the prosecution. Everything is a last second hail mary and is constantly admonished by the judge. Apparently he pleads with no deal at all with prosecution or communication. If you get a call back from his office, buy a lottery ticket. You must get another lawyer if you want to get any effort put into your case. I never write a negative review about any one but am appalled at the manner he handled a family member's case.
