This review is in response to Attorney Annutto's reply to my review posted under the name Sochanviphea Loch on 8/19/2026. Lack of response from his office for more than 3 months was the reason of my original post. Attorney Annutto claimed my review was "inaccurate." That statement is false. Terrible service. I hired this attorney to create a living trust so my home would be placed into the trust and my children could avoid probate in the future. Prior to hiring, they said they will make sure that the deed is placed under the trust and they will take care of the whole process. They said I would receive some sort of confirmation letter/notification that the house is placed under the trust, but I never receive any kind of confirmation. We initially worked with Joe to set up my father's revocable trust, during which he repeatedly attempted to upsell us on additional services.
