Gotta give this lawyer 5 stars. Part of my law practice is Parole Hearings. I met Joseph at a Parole Hearing training session in January 2025. I learned that he had written a book on Parole Hearings. I purchased his book and it has become an excellent resource for me. Gave two stars only because he seems like decent guy, but in my experience with him as my attorney I couldn’t have been more disappointed. After a whole year working my case he still couldn’t remember the names and roles involved of hardly anyone, felt like I was telling my story over and over for the first time each time we met. The defense attorneys were very aggressive issuing subpoenas, filing for dismissal, and denying the few requests we made. The whole time he told me not to worry and that we were looking good.
