The fact that this attorney advertises as “estate planning and specializing in elder care law” is quite ironic. In my assessment this office has zero interest in ethical behavior or protecting one of our most vulnerable populations, senior citizens. Assisted an elderly family member with transferring her and her husband's free and clear investment properties into the hands of a greedy out of town family member without consulting next of kin.
