My name is Monica Carter and I've been assigned to Brittany Hendrix. I have called and left messages constantly and I get IGNORED. No returned phone calls and no updates on my case. I don't bother them because I know they have other cases and anytime u file a lawsuit it's a process. However, what would it hurt to let your clients know what's going on with their case ONCE a month? There is most definitely a lack of profession and I'm regretting choosing them.

I wouldn’t recommend this law office to anyone, especially since I filed a lawsuit with them and every time I wanted an update on my case I was sent to someone new every time. It was over a year before I actually heard anything just for them to say they’re going to withdraw because it’s not a viable incident which isn’t correct. I see what everyone else was talking about, they did all that got their payout and withdrew but it’s okay I’m contacting BBB about this law firm because it’s nothing but a scam.
