This is the worst law office I have ever seen unprofessional no courtesy to clients major delays on settlements I would not recommend them for anyone for any reason

My name is Monica Carter and I've been assigned to Brittany Hendrix. I have called and left messages constantly and I get IGNORED. No returned phone calls and no updates on my case. I don't bother them because I know they have other cases and anytime u file a lawsuit it's a process. However, what would it hurt to let your clients know what's going on with their case ONCE a month? There is most definitely a lack of profession and I'm regretting choosing them.
