My experience with every staff in the office was great. Hospitable, prompt, and supportive throughout the entire journey. John was competent, relational, and professional, from the beginning through the end. Having him by my side at naturalization interview was great, finding him almost an hour early in the waiting area (on my interview day) proved his support and care.
