John and Norma have been the most helpful for us in our journey! We cannot appreciate them more. Amazing organization, always replying fast for all of our emails with every piece of information we needed, always one step ahead to help us with everything. Very, very thankful with this office.
My experience with every staff in the office was great. Hospitable, prompt, and supportive throughout the entire journey. John was competent, relational, and professional, from the beginning through the end. Having him by my side at naturalization interview was great, finding him almost an hour early in the waiting area (on my interview day) proved his support and care.
Excellent lawyer! He is super nice and helpful, explains the process of immigration very thoroughly and coherently. The staff is also very helpful and friendly, Norma speaks Spanish so she is very helpful. She’s an amazing person with big intentions to help Mr. Rottier’s clients! They provide amazing resources and the wait is worthwhile. Thank you for being so helpful and supportive!
