We first engaged John Ross in 2016 when my 97 year old father was starting to fail physically and my then 95 year old mother was exhibiting early stage dementia. The law firm that had prepared my parents' Wills and Powers of Attorney was no longer in practice. Being an only child I was concerned about whether these legacy documents were sufficient in 2016.
