I've worked with other lawyers in the past that haven't been easy to work with or have been rude/non responsive to questions. John was easy to work with and was responsive to questions and always had an answer. He's a very up-front with everything, someone who won't "beat around the bush" or tell you what you want to hear just to get a client.
