Jim provided legal advice and counsel as I went through my uncontested divorce. While I didnt always agree with him, in the end his counsel and handling of my case was outstanding. This process is a difficult one but it was made more acceptable with his experience and track record. Past 20 yrs I had 4 divorce lawyers for my two divorces. I had to fire some. Jim was the best among all. I knows lot about the laws I just needed someone with a degree n license. He did everything perfectly. He even found my ex when constables couldn't find her to serve subpoena. He answered my call at night at weekends. I salute him for his out of the world service. Jim is an amazing lawyer. He listens and understands and most of all remembers all the facts and details once you get into court. He helped me with a custody issue with my daughter and was so amazing throughout the whole thing. I wish I would have known/met him sooner as I went through a couple of attorney's that were all about the money and had no compassion for me as a mom when I went through my divorce and then with the custody battle that ensued. I have recommended Jim to several of my friends and family.

I have known Jim Evans for more than five years and consider him to be an attorney with integrity and values that I respect. He always listens, takes or returns calls and is truthful.
