If I could give a lower than one star rating I certainly would. My cousin is faced with a custody issue with her son. She was appointed as Legal Aid by the court and has not reached out to my cousin at all the court case is in 2 weeks and my cousin has no legal assistance the attorney has not called her back she has texted her once saying oh by the way the contract with the state is up and so I don't know that I will be able to assist you so it's been 4 and 1/2 weeks and this attorney has not reached out at all. I would rate lower than one star if this was an option. I hired Jennifer over two years ago to make some adjustments on my mother’s trust. She was confident in our first meeting that it would be a simple fix and take about 90 days at most. She ask for a $2,500 retainer fee which she explained she would draw from as needed and it probably wouldn’t require all of it.
