I saw Jennifer Ayres in action in a different case years ago and she just destroyed the other party and I’ve been a fan ever since. I was lucky enough to be able to retain her for an upcoming case and I and without a doubt have full faith in her ability to represent me . I feel she And her associates will advocate for what’s best for the child involved.
Ayers stole $5,000 in retainer and fees then requested to be relieved 2 days before my custody trial. She will lure you in with a low retainer then intentionally stall your case dragging out next day filings indefinitely for monthly fees. BEWARE
Jennifer is hands down the best thing that’s happened to my family. She was attentive knowledgeable and able to pull us off the ceiling with her steadfast ability to show us how the process works. Thank you Jennifer. This was a long fought battle
I would not recommend Ms. Ayers, as her approach tends to emphasize her clients’ flaws rather than serving as a professional buffer to support their reputation and credibility. She represented my co-parent, and while interacting with her was unpleasant, her conduct ultimately worked in my favor. Wrong image her office is on west street & I didn't meet with her I met with Matt Hannum who is out of Weaverville both are good attorneys I'm just not a fan of children's services & courthouses but it happens
