Obtaining disability is a long, difficult process. I knew I was sick and unable to work but getting the government to realize that was next to impossible. I got very lucky to find Jeff H***** and his staff. I am not a naturally patient person but you really have no choice but to be when awaiting a decision. Once Mr. Herman was on the case I can't say the process sped up but I can say I knew what was going on, the timeline, the process, and any question I had was answered.
