Jeff is easy to talk to, a normal person - not a suit who speaks in only law lingo and rushes you through conversations. Very comfortable exchanges. He is also totally up front about fees, which is awesome and appreciated.

Had a great experience with Jeff. Very persistent with his efforts to get us justice in an airlines claim. I didn't have too much hopes to begin with that the airlines would issue the refund, but with persistent efforts from Jeff they finally issued the refund. I'd hire Jeff again, highly recommended.

Jeff is awesome! He helped me with my small claims court case, where he exhibited professionalism, meticulous organization, and punctuality, coupled with a strategic aggressiveness when necessary. One minor caveat is the frequent fullness of his voicemail, which is easily mitigated by contacting him via email, to which he responds promptly.
