Jeff is easy to talk to, a normal person - not a suit who speaks in only law lingo and rushes you through conversations. Very comfortable exchanges. He is also totally up front about fees, which is awesome and appreciated.
Had a great experience with Jeff. Very persistent with his efforts to get us justice in an airlines claim. I didn't have too much hopes to begin with that the airlines would issue the refund, but with persistent efforts from Jeff they finally issued the refund. I'd hire Jeff again, highly recommended.
