Jef pours on the charm and reassurance during his initial consultations, but once he secures a retainer, he has little interest in the level of representation his attorneys provide. After having been acquainted with Jef's office for many years, my opinion is that he preys upon clients that are impoverished or desperate, or both. You name it as far as what you wouldn’t expect from a lawyer and you will get it here. All the previous reviews are 100% accurate. They will take your money and then do minimal for you. I had to cancel them and get a new lawyer for lack of representation. Am still waiting on a refund of my funds on a retainer over a month after I cancelled services with them. They do not represent their clients properly. They've swapped "attorneys" during my case without even informing me. The newly appointed attorney had no idea what she was walking in to. She wasn't aware of the complexities of my case. They do not lay out all of your legal options. They do not help you strategize. They never made any recommendations for me. Everything was OK til I had to pay more money I was getting charged and wasn't explain to why I was getting charged these guys was charging me for them doing the job I payed them to do and than when I ask why I'm being charged they told me they couldn't represent me no more
Horrible!!! Do not! I repeat do not use this law firm to represent you for any case! They will eat up your no money and no result. Horrible customer service as well. They tell lies also. Save your head/money and don’t use these people for your own good.
