Walked in to court facing a felony with no prior convictions, was never read my miranda rights, and spent 3 weeks in county and walked out with a felony conviction... would've better off saving my $5000 and going with a public pretender.
Horrible, horrible experience with these people. Super rude. Not willing to talk. They hang up on you. They think they are so supreme. Super upset. Tried several times to negotiate something. The car in question was my ex husband's. We were married at the time but separated shortly after and divorced. Yes, I know I co-signed. But they are so sketchy. Asked for a hearing and never got a notice. Just vile! Taking advantage of people because they are this big law firm and they can!
(if I could give zero stars I would) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Came to court an hour late and had no confidence in the case at all. He stated the prosecution had no evidence at all and had no way to prosecute but insis on taking a plea agreement. seemed like he works for the prosecutor more than the defendant. Was very rude and hostile the entire time and told me I was not allowed to be upset with him after he never responded to a single phone call in two months and then put in continuances ano drug out the case for months withou... read more
Jaye defended my son a couple of years ago on an assault case. He was very professional either him or an associate showed up for every court date could not have had a better result.
