Professional and friendly highly recommended
TLDR Evictions in MA are awful regardless, working with Jason made it worse. I'd strongly recommend Jordana Greenman who was both responsive and more affordable in spite of not being flat rate - in addition to the saved costs of a more expediated process and not just the money saved there, but the anguish. I hired a professional because I expected the eviction would be hard and he came recommended by a non-housing lawyer colleague.
