More than 6 months ago, I contact Ms Gerard for assistance in adding my wife’s name to a rental property. It is was routinely difficult to get Ms Gerard to return a phone call or email. When she did respond, I was continually told that we were close to completion. A month ago, Ms Gerard ceased communication entirely, not answering numerous phone calls and emails.
