I would give zero but it's not possible. This is the most rude and condescending person I have had the displeasure of ever speaking to in my life. If she can't even communicate with an ordinary citizen in a respectful and decent way, I can only assume that she must not be able to speak with the Prosecutor or the Judge in a courteous manner either. Avoid this woman like the plague....you're better off representing yourself, if it came to that
