This was one of the most embarrassing displays of “customer service” I’ve ever witnessed. The staff has no knowledge, no communication, and no basic etiquette. It’s shocking how a team this unprepared is even allowed to deal with customers. They hung up on me mid-conversation — which tells me everything about the quality of people they’ve hired.
