Volberding is a TERRIBLE attorney ! He overcharges for less than Impressive services and charges extra for services he does not even perform. He dodges your request for action, and then hounds you for more and more money, even after your case is resolved. In all of my extensive experience with attorneys being a business owner HE is by far the worst.
