Predatory. If someone filed bankruptcy because of the insanely high interest rate making it impossible to even settle the debt…. Why would you in turn renew a judgement? “Consult with your attorney” but I don’t have one. Rep continued to state he cannot comment further or speak to me. How? If you filed a judgement against ME. I have spoken to Brent many times. He has been nothing but professional and kind.
Sent them 3 money orders never credit it to My account actually my husband account but I was sued instead of him meaning they chose to garnish me and I tried to help by sending them money through money orders equalling to a little over 600 in total only to learn they never credit it to the account so guess they just have to deal with what little my job sends them. Sorry for trying to send more........
