James was supposed to help me with a case and just blew me off after almost a year leaving me to figure it out on my own. After speaking with the other insurance company and everything. After telling me he had “too many cases” and needed to get rid of some he then took on another one of my family members cases. He drags his feet and tells you the same story over and over again every time you call for an update.
