Poe law firm did not do as we asked him to do. He took it upon himself to go and try to litigate the return of our house through the third party that bought it instead of going after the bank. ARVEST BANK That originally screwed us over James Poe is not a very good lawyer. Took it upon his own to do Whatever he wanted to with our bankruptcy court got us to file a chapter 13 instead of a chapter 7. He is not a very good lawyer and anybody else. James Poe, I wanna recluse my review. James Poe is an outstanding lawyer. He did everything in his power to. Leave us as happy clients. James Poe is an outstanding lawyer and family person he. Understands how it is when you lose your house and and he is very sympathetic. To situations we are, I can't say enough about James Poe. He is just an outstanding one hell of a guy, 1 heck of a lawyer, just an all around, really, really good guy.
