I’ve used JD for years with my seminars for legal issues involving firearms. He always brings a wealth of information. I paid a 5k retainer to employ James Fairchild to sue Carilion Clinic in a federal lawsuit. I did most of the legwork, legal work for this case. He just continued the case & spoke to the defense & myself in short order. He rolled over and was complicit in trying drop the case. I had to have the right to sue through the EEOC.
