Mr. Whitson is very knowledgeable in all areas of law. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are taken care of. He is a wonderful person and anyone would be blessed to be represented by him.
Mr. Whitson is unethical as he charged me for answering the phone and talking to me for a few minutes when I was shopping around for a lawyer and told me there was no charge for the call. He even added in his bill that he talked to me on the phone because I told him I did not want to hire him and I was told by two other lawyers that any lawyer that tried to retain us for my situation was unethical which is what Mr Whitson attempted.
