Just from my initial call with wanting to set up a consultation I was already dissatisfied with the service. The woman answering calls is very rude and you can tell she hates her job. Speaking with her alone helped make up my mind that I do not want this office handling my trust. Please work on your 1st impression.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, competent. Surprisingly, its hard to find good estate attorneys in El Paso, but they were recommended by a friend. They were the only office I called that actually picked up the phone. I never heard back from the others!! The GPS guidance got me ALMOST to their office, but not quite. Got lost and had to call for further information.
