I recently witnessed Lupita Mendoza represent a client in a custody dispute. I was appalled the way she, her client and witnesses lied upon the witness stand and make a mockery of the judicial system. You would think an attorney who has lost her daughter to the prison system for life, or has lost her son also on drug charges to the prison system would have compassion.
