I filed a Claim against the County. After waiting 45 days I received notification to file suit in Superior Court. The letter Head with Gina's name on it responded with an incorrect date of my Claim and appears to be obstructing my Claim. When I called to resolve the issue she was not available and the staff at their office acted incompetent. I left a message requesting a call back.

I was traumatized by the incident I was involved in and Gina was very patient and caring. I was dealing with a lot of anxiety for over a year and I feel that Gina was very compassionate. I highly recommend Gina if you’ve been injured or involved in an accident. I was always informed and kept up to date.
