Gary was an absolute lifesaver for my brother and I as we had to deal with probate and many other legal situations after my mom’s passing. Everything that seemed overwhelming to us was made easy with Gary’s help. Between him and his wonderful assistant Nicole someone was always available, even for a quick question via email or over the phone. I am happy to know he will always be there for future needs as well. My brother and I can not recommend Gary enough!

We hired Gary as our probate lawyer after our dad passed away. He is very professional and extremely nice. The probate process went extremely smooth. I would recommend him if you are looking for a lawyer. Nicole, his assistant, is amazing as well.

My mother passed away leaving property trusts, a will, and probate for my siblings and I to deal with. I spoke with a friend, who last year went thru similar circumstances. She referred me to Gary Marchese. We met with Gary and he explained what had to happen in accordance with the law. Gary would be keeping us informed as we went thru the progress.
