Frank contacted me on behalf of my tenant who isn't paying rent. Frank gave me an ultimatum to complete some repair work that resulted from direct negligence of my tenant. I did said repair work regardless of my tenant damaging the property. I have emailed Frank for weeks and called him as the tenant is still not paying rent.
