The thought of having to go to court is nerve-racking, however, when you know you are right and deserve to be reimbursed, Frank Driscoll is your man. Mr. Driscoll knows the law and prepared our case with multiple relevant charges. Mr. Driscoll did deep research, gathered photo evidence, obtained licensing information and met with witnesses. In the end, our civil case was so strong and detailed that we settled, got the amount we requested, and the other party dropped their countersuit against us!
If there were no stars I would have chosen that option, he will promise you key evidence is paid for and it wont be.
