Wonderful service.
I hired Mr. Sweat to handle my paperwork on a new property deed. Instead, he added the loan guarantee to the deed too. I thought I had made myself clear. That was the most important detail to me! When I tired to contact him after about his mistakes, he was on vacation for weeks. When he returned, his secretary would assure me he would return my call but never did.
