Very unprofessional. My grandson signed a contract for family law representation. After creating a portal through the app as required, he sent Ms Mayorkin a message. 7 days later and no response. He called and spoke to receptionist who assured him she would leave word with Ms Mayorkin to respond to his message. 4 days later still no response.
