My tenant decided not to pay rent, and it has been very stressful to figure out what to do. I procrastinated for a month, and finally decided to send Eric an email with my situation. Within an hour, I got his email and asked me to give him a call. He is very down to earth, and willing to share lots of information, and provide guidance without entering into contract. We were on the phone for ~30 mins, and now I know he got my back :)
