Extremely poor communication and my opinion is Fink doesn’t care about clients. He had evidence that could have exonerated my son but instead of doing his job and trying to defend my son he showed an extreme lack of confidence in his abilities. I had to practically beg him to take video audio evidence to the prosecutor and his reply was “the prosecutor will not even look at”. Provided a poor defense for a friend and even after being asked to interact with me by the client would not give me the time of day to pay him for further help. My friend sits in prison and I believe there was much more this lawyer could have done. He just ignored us.
