I cannot recommend Ms. Conan enough. As an immigrant, I have faced background investigations before, but nothing came close to the FBBE's C&F one. If you are anxious about it, get an expert to help you navigate it, ASAP. Your application will go smoother if you initially disclose everything the FBBE asks for, than having to address an undisclosed finding by the FBBE. Going through the Florida Bar admissions process, especially dealing with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, is extremely stressful and intimidating.
