I hope you are paying attention to this review. I had fully expected to go down in flames however, somehow Mr. Devlin got my entire charges dropped. I got a full dismissal on a DUI. This man is caring and he takes the time to hear about your story. He was only my public defender so he did not owe me a lot. However, he honors his profession so much that for even the least of his people that he needs to represent, he did the best for them. My life has been uniquely bettered because I had this man as my lawyer.
