After receiving an incorrect charge and taking counsel from my family, I decided to hire a lawyer to represent me before a possible arraignment. Because Mr Maner had recently stopped being a career prosecutor (actually, he was about to be fired and flat out lied to me), I had hoped that he would be able to speak with his former employer about my mistaken charge. I would NOT hire this man ever!!!! He does nothing to help. We had to give him all the information that he did nothing with.He will prolongs your case month after month so you are so mentally exhausted that you will accept a plea no matter if you are innocent to just be done with the nightmare!!!. He should be ashamed and should NOT be practicing law. !!! My opinion he is what is wrong with our judicial system he is THAT guy. Mr.Maner is a very good lawyer. My son was court appointed to him on some very bad charges. Mr. Maner went above and beyound to defend my son, he made sure that he did a full investigation on my sons case.i could not ask for a better lawyer.
