I recently had the misfortune of receiving a speeding ticket. The officer told me b/c of the speed she also HAD to cite me for careless/reckless. I was terrified until I spoke with Mr. Portnoy. He told me not to worry and what he anticipated the outcome would be with his help. He was extremely reassuring, personable and professional.
